transport and placement of the house, foundation slab, infrastructure (utilities outside the house, alternative power and supply sources, low-current networks), permit procedure, air conditioning, infrared heating, ceiling lights, room furniture (bedroom, living room, hallway), blackout blinds or pleated shades, gutters, as well as small architectural elements (such as terraces, steps, roofing).
CONCEPT package
The Concept Package is the basic version, described according to construction parameters, which does not include the installation of floor panels, internal doors and frames, or additional furnishings. It comprises the selected color scheme for carpentry (windows, entrance doors) and walls and their decorative elements for the specific house layout. It also includes the set up of a concealed frame covered with cladding (for bathrooms, this consists of waterproof wall panels).
COMFORT package
That includes everything from the Concept Package, plus additional elements such as 8 mm thick laminate panels with a water-resistant layer (for a minimum of 24 hours), with underlay and PVC skirting boards. It also includes the installation of internal doors with frames of better quality than those available in hardware stores, as well as bathroom fittings such as a shower cabin with a tray, faucets, sink, cabinets, a wall-mounted toilet with a slow-closing seat, a heater, and an electric boiler.
CONVENIENT package
That includes everything from the Comfort Package and also features kitchen cabinetry (with a laminated countertop and granite sink with faucet and waterproof wall splashback), but does not include appliances. Clients can purchase appliances separately according to their preferences for brands and models and provide them for installation.
